- Pets are not allowed.
- You are staying in a beautiful natural area — we kindly ask you to respect nature and the surroundings and not leave any waste behind.
- Enjoy the peace and space. Please avoid loud music or noise after 23:00.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly outside.
- Open fire is only permitted in the designated fire pit. Always follow local regulations regarding dryness and fire risk.
- Please separate waste according to local guidelines. In the kitchen, you will find a laminated card with clear instructions.
- Please leave the house and surrounding area neat and tidy upon departure, so the next guests can enjoy it just as much as you did.
- If you have not booked a cleaning service, we kindly ask you to leave the house clean.
- Bed linen can be left in the laundry basket near the washing machine.
- If anything gets damaged or is not functioning properly, please let us know — we are happy to resolve it properly.
