How does booking work?
Via the calendar, you can submit a reservation request. This request is not yet final.
We check availability and will contact you by email as soon as possible.
After acceptance, you will receive a confirmation with the details to complete your booking.
The booking is final once it has been confirmed by us and the (down) payment has been received.
Payment
Payment is made via bank transfer. You will receive the payment details and deadlines after your request has been accepted. The full payment must be received before arrival.
Cancellation
Cancellation Policy
The following conditions apply when cancelling your booking:

Cleaning
After your reservation has been accepted, you can choose to book a cleaning service.
If you do not use this service, we kindly ask you to leave the house clean and tidy, so the next guests can enjoy it just as you did.
House rules (short)
No pets allowed. No smoking inside. Please keep noise to a minimum after 23:00. Respect the house, the surroundings and nature.
Please leave the house clean and tidy. If no cleaning service is booked, we ask you to clean the property yourself.
Privacy
We only use the necessary information (such as your name and email address) to process your booking and communicate with you.
